What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, effective, high-energy personal training sessions in clients’ homes and on-site locations
- Build personalized fitness programs based on each client’s goals, abilities, and progress
- Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programming, reassessments, notes, and client progress
- Motivate clients, track results, and create a positive training experience
- Manage your schedule and travel efficiently between sessions
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence
What You Bring
- Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar
- CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain certification before starting client sessions
- Reliable transportation for mobile/in-home and on-site training sessions
- Comfort using mobile and web apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication
- Professional communication, punctuality, and strong coaching presence
- Ability to create a safe, motivating, and results-focused client experience
- 1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
- Newly certified trainers with strong people skills, professionalism, and coaching energy are encouraged to apply
