Pay and Career Growth:
- $14/hour + commission on memberships you sell while you're on the floor building your schedule
- Keep 40% of every training session you book: a $100 session puts $40 in your pocket
- Sell $10 Success Sessions to new members and keep the full $10 every time, then turn them into training clients
- Free gym membership
- Paid training and a track to become a Lead Personal Trainer
What You Will Do:
- Work the gym floor, talk with members and sell memberships
- Book new members into free Success Sessions and turn them into training clients
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients' goals
- Provide coaching, motivation and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety and progress during sessions
- Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and keep clients engaged
Who You Are:
- Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred. Students working toward a certification are welcome to apply.
- Outgoing, with a passion for fitness and helping others
- Comfortable selling memberships, Success Sessions and training packages
- Experience coaching women, beginners or people new to the gym is a big plus. Members choose their own trainer.
