 We’re a neighborhood gym looking for a sales-driven Club Manager to lead from the front. Earn $50K–$60K+ per year including bonuses—with even greater income potential if you also sell personal training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership and personal training sales goals

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team with a strong sales mindset

  • Actively participate in maintaining club cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Organize and host member events, challenges, and appreciation activities

  • Build strong community relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schools

  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and outreach strategies

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties

  • Use digital platforms and tech tools for member tracking, reporting, and communication

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, fitness, or team leadership preferred

  • Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong fitness, gym, or health-related knowledge

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

  • Tech-savvy: able to confidently use apps, tablets, web-based tools, and internet platforms, along with basic office equipment (email, phone, printer/scanner)

  • Self-motivated, organized, and energetic

Compensation: Competitive pay structure with a base and performance-based bonuses. Estimated total compensation: $50,000–$60,000+ per year, with greater income potential for those actively selling personal training.
