Are you a certified fitness professional with a passion for both training and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Personal Training Sales Manager to drive PT sales and coach our team across two thriving locations: Workout Anytime Decatur & Workout Anytime Suwanee.

- Decatur: 2836 Lavista Rd, Decatur
- Suwanee: 2133 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Suwanee
💼 Position Overview
This is a hybrid role focused on selling personal training packages and leading our personal training departments. You’ll be responsible for:
- Closing new personal training sales
- Following up with leads and conducting fitness consultations
- Coaching and mentoring trainers
- Monitoring KPIs and hitting revenue goals
- Managing scheduling and performance across both gyms
- Helping build and grow a top-tier training culture
✅ Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, or similar)
- Proven experience in selling personal training packages
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time across locations
- Able to work some evenings and some Saturdays
- Reliable transportation between Decatur and Suwanee
💲 Compensation
- Hourly pay + aggressive commission structure
- Monthly performance bonuses

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
