F45 Kingsgate seeks a Fitness Sales & Social Media Manager to energize our community and drive membership growth. We need a sales champion who:

Job Requirements:

Customer Service Pro: Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.

Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with MindBody (preferred) and CRM platforms like LoyalSnap (or others) to manage lead management & member communications.

Social Media Expert: Ability to craft engaging posts, stories, and reels with a strong social media presence to drive member and user engagement.

Membership Sales Expertise: Solid sales background, comfortable with quota-driven environments.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written abilities.

Fitness Enthusiast: A passion for health and wellness.

Multitasking: Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting that may require meeting with Members, assisting them as a SME of F45 Services at the studio

Team Collaboration: Works well within the F45 team framework.

Flexible Schedule: Openness to work flexible hours for the sales aspect and commission structure within it. This role requires someone driven by sales goals and ambition.
Additional Requirements Include:
- Ability to take 1-2+ F45 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients and to collaborate with members and staff for media content creation.
- Collaborate with local businesses for grassroots marketing campaigns
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR/AED Certified (preferred)
Compensation: $19.00 to 20.00 per hour DOE base, plus commission on New Client Sales, plus Sales Commission eligible for recurring Membership Sales.
